The Bureau of Internal Revenue is expanding electronic invoicing requirements for businesses using computerized accounting and invoicing systems.
In response, Humedit Philippines Inc. is preparing easyFS for the applicable electronic invoicing requirements under Revenue Regulations Nos. 11-2025 and 26-2025.
Our objective is to help existing and prospective easyFS customers prepare their accounting operations for the transition while maintaining the reliability of their existing accounting processes.

easyFS records accounting and sales transactions and generates invoices and accounting records.
EIS PREPARATION
Structured Invoice Data
Invoice information must be available in the applicable structured electronic format for extraction and processing.
BIR ELECTRONIC REPORTING
Electronic Transmission
Applicable invoice/sales information must be capable of electronic reporting in accordance with BIR requirements.
Electronic invoicing is more than producing a PDF or printing an invoice from an accounting system. The underlying invoice information must satisfy the applicable structured-data and electronic reporting requirements.

Your easyFS system is part of our EIS readiness preparation.
Existing easyFS customers do not need to replace their accounting system solely because of this announcement.
Humedit is assessing the changes required for easyFS and will communicate applicable system updates, customer requirements, testing procedures and deployment arrangements as the project progresses.
What should I do now?
No immediate system change is required based solely on this announcement.
Continue using your current approved easyFS setup and existing invoicing procedures unless otherwise advised by Humedit or required by the BIR.
We will contact affected easyFS customers when customer-specific preparation becomes necessary.

What is BIR electronic invoicing?
Electronic invoicing involves generating invoice information electronically in a structured format that can be electronically extracted and, where applicable, transmitted for BIR electronic sales reporting.
Is easyFS already EIS-ready?
easyFS is currently undergoing regulatory review, technical assessment and preparation for the applicable BIR electronic invoicing requirements.
Humedit will announce implementation readiness after the necessary development, testing, validation and applicable procedures have been completed.
Does my existing easyFS system need to be replaced?
No system replacement is required solely because of this announcement. Humedit is assessing the enhancements and implementation requirements for existing easyFS installations.
Will I need to upgrade easyFS?
System update or configuration requirements will be determined after completion of the technical assessment. Humedit will provide affected customers with implementation instructions before deployment.
Will the EIS enhancement be free?
Commercial arrangements, if any, will be communicated after the technical and implementation requirements have been finalized.
Will easyFS automatically transmit invoices to the BIR?
The final implementation will depend on the applicable BIR technical specifications and requirements. Humedit is currently evaluating the structured-data generation, validation and electronic reporting requirements applicable to easyFS.
What should existing easyFS customers do now?
Continue using your existing easyFS system and current approved procedures. Humedit will provide further instructions when customer-specific preparation, testing or implementation becomes necessary.
