Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey and boost your income? Human Incubator Inc. invites you to join our team as a Sales Freelance Agent for our innovative easy Series Software Products. This exciting opportunity comes with a generous 20% commission on every successful sale!

Commission Terms and Conditions:

We believe in transparency, and our commission structure is straightforward. As an HII Sales Freelance Agent.

1. You’ll earn a sales commission of twenty percent (20%) on the sale of any “easy Series” Software Products. The “easy Series Software products” shall be deemed to exclude the following:
   • Sales from Hardware.
   • Customization of the software.
   • Sales from consumables.
   • Lab Contracts for Application Development; and
   • Other non-software products such as, but not limited to, the installation fee.

2. Conditions for Release of the Commission: 
   The following must be completed for the Commission to be released:
   • Presentation of the final signed quote or contract.
   • Presentation of proof of one hundred percent (100%) full payment by the customer.
   • Confirmation and approval by the Sales & Marketing Executive Officer of the commission request
   • Release by the Accounting Team of the Commission either through check or payroll bank deposit, as may be applicable.

Payment of Commission:

Once the Conditions for Release of the Commission are completed, the Commission shall be aggregated monthly  and paid to the Freelance Agent at the end of the following month, following the schedule outlined below:

How to Join HII as a Sales Freelance Agent:

We welcome individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Male or Female
• At least 22 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience
• With existing Leads
• With 2 Government IDs or Passport
• TIN Number
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to overcome client objections and close the sale
